How does the 100% money back satisfaction guarantee work?

We know you will be satisfied with our services. Our guarantee to you is that if you are unsatisfied with our services in the first 15 days, you may receive a 100% money back guarantee for that month’s services.

Do I have to host with you to use your support?

All of our hosting is done on WP Engine, which is a premier hosting provider and a $30 value. In most cases we will require our support customers to migrate their site so it is hosted under our WP Engine account, but some case-by-case exceptions may be made.

What kind of work is covered in the monthly support/development hours?

We do anything related to WordPress. We will install plugins, add content, build out pages, change the menu, make modifications to sliders, add photos, update your theme or plugins, post a blog, etc. If it’s WordPress, we cover it.

What if I need more support/development hours than allowed in my plan?

If the support/development need is a one-time need then you may purchase additional service hours from us (our rate is $95 p/hr). If you are likely to consistently need more hours then you may upgrade to a higher package.

Will you do the work for me?

Yes! Unlike other support companies who just tell you what needs to be done, with our monthly support/development hours we will log into your website and make the changes for you. We will also take care of all the updates, backups and security protection for your site.

What is ‘Fix-it-Insurance’?

Fix-It-Insurance means that if your site is hacked or if you have a bug due to an update, we will fix it for you free of charge.

A few important notes about this:
-Custom development (CSS, HTML, PHP, JavaScript) is not covered in this insurance. If an upgrade or hacking requires custom development to fix, then this development would cost extra.
-Themes or plugins that are not commercially supported are not covered in this guarantee.
-In many cases fixing a hacking or upgrade issue will require reverting to the last known clean version of the site. In this case, ThemeSupport is not responsible for any lost data due to this reversion.
-If a bug or conflict in a theme or plugin causes your site to break, then we will restore the site to the previous clean version and will not attempt to update that theme or plugin further until a fix is released.

What are your support hours & contact methods?

Our support hours are 9 AM to 5 PM Mountain Time, Monday through Friday. We provide email based support. Additionally, we may call customers to ask clarifying details.

Why is there a 6 month commitment?

Our support packages create long-term relationships of value with customers. Sites interested in only short-term work may purchase a package of development hours.

What if I need to change packages?

You may upgrade or downgrade between support packages at any time after your 6 month commitment has been completed.

What if I have other questions not addressed here?
